COACH’S CORNER – UPDATE

This month I will be sharing the craft of melt and pour soapmaking with a bunch of fabulous ladies through a great organization, SOFIA. SOFIA advocates for victims of domestic violence and offers bi-monthly creative healing workshops to all who attend. I oftern over hear my students in several of my classes say this is so relaxing and it is my hope that the women who participate in the soapmaking workshop will experience a couple hours of peace and relaxation. “The Soapmakers Companion” by Susan Cavitch

This book has been coined as the soapmakers bible. It is one of the most thorough books on soapmaking you can find. The information is written in english you can understand and not feel overwhelmed with the information. There are recipes and even information on how to troubleshoot when things don’t go as exactly planned. It is a soapmakers must have in their soapmakers library.
