Melt and Pour Soap bases come in a variety of types; clear, white, goats milk, suspension, olive oil, natural, soy oil, stable vanilla and ultra clear. According to the Handcrafted Soap Makers Guild “”Melt and Pour” soap is made by the use of a commercially produced soap base which may or may not contain detergents.”
The creativity of melt and pour soap can range from some nice favors for a wedding or shower to novelty soaps to sold in various beach side gift shops.
