CP/HP Certification
At the recent Handcrafted Soapmakers Guild (HSMG) conference I took the Melt and Pour Certification as well as the Cold Process Hot Process Certification tests for Basic Soapmaker. I am proud to announce I PASSED!
It was a weird experience because I studied for the test up to the very moment before it began. When I looked at the first question on the test my brain froze on me. For a brief moment I began to panic knowing I only had an hour to take BOTH tests (it has been many years since I have had to take a test). But after I answered the first 3 questions the butterflies went away and I completed the tests in the allotted time allowed. Can you say WHEW!
At the annual awards dinner all awards and certificates are given and I was among those who was bestowed certificates for passing the Level One test for Melt and Pour Soapmaker and CP/HP Soapmaker. Check me out with my photo opp with the President, Marie Gale (pictured on the left) of the HSMG.
